Chicken breast with a bang
Having chicken breast seasoned with mere salt & pepper is so boring! Try out this yummy recipe to make it more interesting without jumping off of “The Healthy Ride”.
The recipe:
Preheat your oven and grease your baking dish. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high and add the chicken, cooking on both sides (2-3 mins each side) until they are both browned. Then put the chicken on the baking dish.
Then in a bowl, add some chicken broth, lemon juice, honey, garlic, Italian seasonings, salt, and pepper and pour this over the chicken. Stick the pan, sauce and all, in the oven for 20-30 minutes, depending on the size of your chicken breasts. About every 5-10 minutes, open the oven door and carefully spoon the sauce over the top of the breasts to help bake in the most flavor. Take the breast out when it’s done and have it with your favorite dip!
